Through the Penny Ice Creamery, a great local ice cream store in Santa Cruz, I heard about three people who were doing a cross country road trip and visiting all of the best handmade ice cream parlors across the nation. As they visited each location they blogged along the way.
The blog is called A Spoon in the Road, and it chronicles there adventure and what they thought of each ice cream shop they visited. Even if you're not as into ice cream as I am it is a fun read. Who doesn't want to read about three people eating ice cream?
